Welcome to FalconAI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FalconAI website, applications, and AI-powered features (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using FalconAI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

FalconAI is an AI-powered content discovery and streaming interface that provides users with advanced search, voice control, personalization, and streaming optimization features.

FalconAI does NOT sell channels, TV stations, or third-party content. Subscriptions apply strictly to platform features and functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your jurisdiction).
• Have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Comply with all applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

FalconAI offers monthly subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Pro, Premium).

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Payments are charged monthly.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• FalconAI does not offer refunds once a payment has been processed.
• You are not entering into a long-term contract.
• You may choose not to pay for the following month.
• If payment is not made for the next billing cycle, access to premium features will automatically be suspended.
• Access remains active only for the paid billing period.

4. No Sale of Channels or Content

FalconAI does not own or sell television channels, movies, or third-party streaming content.

The subscription fee covers:

• Smart Search functionality
• Voice Control
• AI-powered recommendations
• Multi-device access
• Other platform features
• Users are paying for software features and AI services, not for ownership of any media content.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• All activity under your login credentials.
• Account sharing may result in suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the platform.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems.
• Attempt to bypass payment systems.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Violation may result in immediate termination.

7. Service Availability

FalconAI aims for continuous service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

FalconAI is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Loss of data or revenue
• Third-party content availability
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to make payment
• Required by law
• You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

FalconAI reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FalconAI is legally registered at the time of operation.

Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the country where FalconAI is legally registered.
